Is there international shipping?At this time, we ship internationally to US/ Canada, China, Australia, Europe, Mexico, Japan, and the United Kingdom.

TrackingAs soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking/ confirmation number, so you can follow the parcel until you get it. It may take up to 2 working days before the tracking information is available. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in your country.

What is your return policy?Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and are available for purchases made in the UK only. Complimentary exchanges & returns within 30 days can be made if.... Item in perfect condition, unworn Original packaging with any labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes You've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after that time.

Do you refund the delivery charge?We will refund your delivery charge if you return all of the items from the order and cancel your contract with us within 14 days for any products purchased in the United Kingdom. If you decide to keep one of the items, you need to pay for delivery. We don't refund delivery charges for countries out of the United Kingdom.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?As soon as you place your order, we're on it- we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it's already being processed at the warehouse. You'll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

Missing item(s) from my order?Oh no! We've either packed it wrong, its coming in more than one parcel or it's fallen off the back of the wagon. If your expected delivery date has passed, then please contact us by going to the 'Contact Us' page (located at the bottom of every HOH tab) and we will sort it for you.

What if i do not recieve my order?If you've place an order and received a cancellation email from us, we're very sorry. This will usually be because the stock wasn't in the warehouse when we came to process your order. You will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the original payment method used. The refund may take up to 7 days, this is the banking process and not something we can speed up.

How do your gift cards work?A HOH Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. The minimum amount to activate a HOH Gift Card is £50. You may use a HOH Gift Card to make purchases online via the HOH website. When using a HOH Gift Card on the HOH website, you will be required to give the serial number on the gift card and a code that you will need to enter. A HOH Gift Card cannot be redeemed via telephone/mail-order. When you use a HOH Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the gift card. If your purchase totals less than the value of the gift card, any balance will be left as credit for you on the card to spend in future. Change will not be given. Please note that if you use a HOH Gift Card online, any balance left will be issued to you as an e-voucher. You may only redeem your HOH Gift Card in GB pounds sterling. A HOH Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a HOH Gift Card. A HOH Gift Card is like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. All refunds of goods or services purchased with a HOH's Gift Card will be made in accordance with HOH's refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. HOH will cancel the value of a HOH Gift Card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser's bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected. For cash purchases of £10,000 or more we will require proof of identification. HOH reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Promotions and discountWe know you like a good deal so we often have some great promotions running on our website. Just remember, you need to entire the discount/ promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later. Having issues reedeming your discount? This might be why: 1. Oh no- you're out of time! That code could've expired now as we run offers for a limited time. 2. Trying to use two codes? Sneaky! We love giving you a discount, but ask that you only use one code per order please. 3. Double check you delivery option. Some of our codes only work when you select a specific delivery option. 4. Check for typos. We all do it- double check you haven't mistyped the code in your mad dash for disount. Compose. And re-type. 5. Want.It.All. But check you've only picked products from the category on offer. 6. Sorry to disappoint! But products from the 'A la Mode' collection are excluded from all promotions.
